Learning Lab: Being Your Best

Learning Labs
May 21, 2019

Learning Lab #3

Many organisations and their staff talk about the importance of ’playing to your strengths’.  But in fact this is very rarely followed through into people management practice, performance management and, for example, the setting of personal goals.

True strengths, however, are not just things we’re good at but attributes that, when we use them, give us a feeling of authenticity and energy.

There is now a substantial body of research and practice which shows how to help your client identify their strengths, and how using these strengths can: Increase motivation; Raise engagement; Improve satisfaction; Build performance.

This workshop will share some of this research and show you practical ways to enhance the coaching you do.
