Like so many people, we have felt deep dismay at events unfolding in Ukraine. We wish to express our compassion for all those affected – men, women, and children. The impact of the Russian invasion will disrupt thousands of families, and the fabric of Ukrainian society, for many years to come. We are also compassionate to the many Russian families who are experiencing loss. We feel great admiration for individuals in other countries offering refugee support.

Last week we made a donation to DEC which was matched by the UK government. We know that many of the MF community have also made generous personal contributions to the relief effort.

We have reviewed our client relationships and are not providing services to companies with active commercial dealings with the Government of Russia. We will remain vigilant on this.

We will continue to actively support our clients and the wider MF community and will look for other ways we can have a positive impact on those affected.
