Learning Lab #22‍

The changing context of working environments, exaggerated by the pandemic, has encouraged many of us to review the choices we make about work.

Some of these choices involve big decisions – new professions, new working patterns, thinking about retirement – where a ‘rewiring’ mindset can promote an opening up of different opportunities.

During this session we will explore values and themes in our skills and passions that can be matched to ‘rewiring’ prospects. We may then be more able to support our clients in making decisions that are right for them.

The Learning Lab will provide an interactive coaching and mentoring approach to thinking creatively about the transitions involved in changing work patterns.
