Out of this period of disruption will come massive innovation. We are already seeing some great examples of this. Are you leading it?
What organisations need from their leaders at a time like this is very different. In calmer times it was all about efficiency and incremental improvements. Now we need leaders who are able to remain calm in the midst of challenges, make quick decisions, and tap into the talents of people around them to help adapt and innovate.
