Action planning is often a key factor in a coachee achieving successful change. However, what about when a coachee’s behaviour does not change despite well-defined action plans? Is it a lack of commitment or will-power, or is there something else happening…?
Changing behaviour requires more than strong intentions and an iron-will. Both helpful and unhelpful behaviours are underpinned by strong routines and habits.
This Learning Lab will help to identify the times where there is a need to go beyond action planning. It will discuss and apply a systematic approach to supporting coachees to achieve the lasting behaviour change they desire.
