We're sure you've read and heard many reports like the following one...
“Artificial Intelligence has arrived, and it’s predicted that up to 30% of current hours worked could be automated by 2030.”
- McKinsey Global Institute, A New Future of Work
...the numbers and predictions vary, but whatever the new future of work is - we can be certain:
Our skills will need to change, and our output may be radically different.
What will set us apart will remain the ability to connect, to understand, to listen and to trust. To continue to lead in a human way.
In this Learning Lab, we'll be asking:
- What does human leadership really look like now?
- What can we contribute?
- What are the platforms for Human Intelligence?
As we face the reality of increased artificiality, this Learning Lab will explore what leaders need to sustain our emotional intelligence when working with increasingly artificial intelligence. As ever, the Lab will be focussed on practical insights, interesting demonstrations and lots of participant activity. It's a human centred session - and part of a wider programme of initiatives being taken to support resilience in the new future of work. Do join-in and find out about ways Management Futures is enabling leaders and teams to #AdaptAndFlourish.
Together, we're building the confidence and insight to stand proudly on a Platform of Human Intelligence.
