MF Learning Labs are a mix of virtual and in-person workshops covering a variety of topics related to coaching. Each one provides real-world practical learning and the chance to connect with other great people who are passionate about coaching. Our 2019 calendar includes:

COACHING FOR TRANSITION - led by Phil Hayes

Covering many of the dimensions our clients need to manage during their transition including:

  • Knowing what their success depends on
  • Reading the new organisation and adapting to the culture
  • Dealing with their own personal response to change and remaining resilient
  • Creating a plan from the start to weeks/months into the future

RADICALLY TRADITIONAL - led by John Bull

In partnership with The Centre for High Performance MF spent 5 years studying how seven Centennials have managed to outperform their peers for 100 years. Join us and:

  • Understand how organisations can sustain performance like a Centennial
  • Explore the research behind ‘Radically Traditional’ with one of the key figures behind the findings
  • Coach and be coached on the RT self-assessment model

THE PRACTICALITIES OF COACHING VIRTUALLY - lead TBC

  • Explore the dos and don’ts of virtual coaching

COACHING FOR A HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE - led by Tim Cox

  • Examining how a non-directive coaching approach enhances high performance culture
  • Exploring its application in elite environments in sport, the military, business and the charity sector
  • Gaining practical insight into the tools and approaches used and considering how you can apply them in your own environments and/or with clients

BEING YOUR BEST: STRENGTHS-BASED COACHING - led by Matt Driver

  • Knowing what a true strength really is
  • Helping clients uncover and own their strengths
