How do we turn strengths into superpowers?
We know that developing our strengths enhances wellbeing, engagement, performance, and connection. But how do we go beyond identifying strengths and begin working with them intentionally and skillfully?
In this Learning Lab, Eva Katharina Herber introduces the ABCDE Model of Strengths Development, a practical and science-based framework that merges positive psychology and coaching. Together we will explore what it means to activate our strengths, combine them wisely, and adapt them dynamically to context. We'll also learn how to experiment with strengths in ways that build confidence, authenticity, and connection.
What to Expect:
This Lab is a reflective and practical space for coaches, HR professionals, and managers who want to deepen their understanding of strengths development.
Together we will:
- Explore the five stages of the ABCDE model for strengths development.
- Reflect on personal and professional strengths, including potential friction.
- Practice strengths spotting and strengths discernment.
- Share strategies for mindful and flexible use of strengths in different contexts.
- Design small strengths experiments to take into daily life or our coaching practice.
As ever, this Lab offers a warm and dynamic space for learning, connection, and insight.
