‍Small group supervision supporting continued high-level CPD, personal growth and insight, increased skills and confidence in your coaching.

These small Group Supervision sessions have run successfully for our ILM Level 7 Coaching Diploma candidates for many years, and are now also open to a wider audience.

These sessions are available to:

• MF ILM L7 Diploma candidates and MF ILM L7 top-up Diploma candidates who have 4 sessions included within their fee
• Those who have purchased a package of 4 sessions.

Things to note:

• As a participant, you will need to bring along thoughts, reflections or issues from your recent practice to feed-in and work-on during the session.
• Due to the small group size and mutually supportive nature of these supervision sessions, it’s really important that everyone who books a place commits to attending the session in full.
• All four sessions need to be completed within 12 months of signing up (or for diploma candidates, before final submission of work for your assessed units.
• If you are an ILM Level 7 Diploma or Top-Up candidate, please check-in with your supervisor to discuss your readiness for Group Supervision prior to attending your first session (typically it’s once you’ve done 20 to 30hrs of coaching). Attendance at 4 x Group Supervision Sessions (12hrs in total) is a requirement of your diploma qualification.
