Tim carries his passion for developing people and organisations lightly. He’s an avid learner and aware there is still so much to learn. His particular enthusiasm is for working in - and with - teams, including the team at MF.
After attending one of our coaching skills courses in 2000 he caught the coaching ‘bug’ and set about applying his new skills in senior management roles within hospitality, technology and leadership development companies. In 2011 he followed his heart and joined MF, becoming our MD in 2015.
Over time, Tim has developed a deep-rooted interest in performance and development, which he draws on when coaching individuals and teams. Now a recognised expert in this field, he regularly trains, speaks and facilitates at international events.
