Tim has a deep-rooted interest in human performance and development, which he draws on when coaching individuals and teams. A recognised expert in this field, he trains, speaks and facilitates internationally.
Tim carries his passion for developing people and organisations lightly. He’s an avid learner and aware there is still so much to learn. His particular enthusiasm is for working in - and with – teams. Clients include Sale Sharks, Wise, Coca Cola HBC and M&S.
He first crossed paths with MF in 2000, applying learning in senior management roles within hospitality, technology and leadership development companies. In 2011 he followed his heart and joined MF, becoming MD in 2015.
