Sue Parr

Sue is an EMCC accredited coach and coach supervisor and has worked with individuals and groups in public and private sector organisations. She values supervision as a collaborative partnership, as a safe and restorative space for professional challenge and as an opportunity to share experiences and celebrate successes. She invites client to meet in “a sandpit in which to play, rather than a courtroom in which to judge” (Robin Shohet).

Following a career in international publishing where she held senior management and board positions, Sue has worked with companies developed and delivered management and leadership development programmes and has coached both management and executive teams. A recent focus for Sue has been in Higher Education leading on creating and co-creating programmes for organisations. She is as passionate about supporting individuals in their personal and professional development as she is about supporting businesses in their talent development.
