“Sarah is a star” is a phrase we’ve got used to hearing since she joined MF.  She is always solution focused and prides herself on delivering brilliant service.

As a qualified litigator Sarah worked for many years in the legal profession and successfully transitioned into the L&D sector almost 10 years ago.  With a real interest in people, she brings a combination of genuine enthusiasm and professionalism to her role.

Sarah is often a first point of contact for people in touch with MF and has a really good understanding of all our services.  Her own coach training gives her great insight into our coach skills development offers and she is chiefly responsible for populating our flagship Intensive Coaching Skills (ICS) programme.

Sarah has exceptional project management skills, combining strategic overview and attention to detail.  She leads on co-ordination of our leadership skills programmes and team coaching and can often be found offering online technical support at our Workshops.

Sarah’s own international background contributes to her cultural sensitivity with our clients from all over the world.  With passion and enthusiasm for MF, she is much valued by our community and clients alike.
