Richard’s work draws on a wide range of disciplines. He originally trained in philosophy and forensic psychology, then switched to organisational psychology. He has since embraced executive coaching, systems thinking, neuroscience and ‘vertical development’. His focus throughout is on helping leaders, teams and organisations to radically ‘upgrade’ the ways they think and ways they work – both for their own benefit and to enhance their impact on the world around them.
To attend an event designed and run by Richard is to have your eyes opened to new and radical ways in which you can develop as a person and as a leader. He will guide you through a conceptual and behavioural reboot.
