She is passionate about helping people unlock their potential, and thrives on the variety of learning and development work she is involved in. Based in London, she has delivered programmes across the globe, working with individuals and teams at every level, from shop floor to boardroom, and across both public and private sectors.
Drawing on her background in performance, Pooja brings energy, empathy and professionalism to her work, creating a safe and engaging environment. She is committed to making a genuine difference and is a valued partner in any team.
Outside of work, Pooja loves spending time with her husband and two children. She’s a keen traveller and is usually planning her next adventure before the last one has ended.
