Naomi Craft


Naomi is an experienced executive coach, and trainer and provides an individualised, tailored service, putting the client's agenda first. Powerful change is facilitated by enhancing the client’s ability to implement positive decisions and lessen the impact of barriers to progression.

Drawing on her background in management, medicine, professional support and development, her empathic and inclusive style helps support and encourage change. She has a deep concern and respect for people and is passionate about providing support through some of the toughest moments in life. Conversations with clients from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority encompass wide-ranging areas including career and/or life transitions, future planning, teams and relationship conflict, and managing uncertainty.

Previously a GP partner, she now works as a full time Coach, Trainer and Supervisor.
