Julia has been an Executive Coach for 16 years and enjoys working with individuals and organisations to determine what is truly at the heart of an issue, so that coaching can be targeted and effective. She believes every individual’s development journey is unique and respects that uniqueness in the coaching relationship by using an eclectic mix of leadership and psychological models and coaching tools. The key characteristics of Julia’s coaching style are her warmth, insight and solutions-focus. Clients value that she “listens without judgement and creates a safe space for true honesty”.

Julia’s background is in corporate L & D and HR, having been a Senior Development Consultant for a leading motor manufacturer, Management Development Manager for an international airline and Head of HR for a well-known FMCG drinks brand.

Julia has worked with Ford Motor Company, Virgin Atlantic, Asia Pacific Breweries, Nissan, Apple, Surrey County Council, McLaren, PepsiCo, Ernst & Young, John Lewis, ABRSM, UK Athletics, and Sport England, coaching at all levels from senior executives to first time managers.
