Dee Donnelly

Dee has specialised in adult learning, coaching and leadership development for more than 20 years. Working with leaders and organisations to support achievement of their goals, Dee communicates authentically and effectively to build trust and stimulate challenge for positive change.

With a background in professional social work, covering education, health and government, Dee has honed her skills to benefit a broad range of businesses. She builds successful relationships through focused listening, open and honest feedback and brings humour, energy and joy to her work.

Dee works across a range of organisations, with individuals and teams, from Boards of Trustees, leadership groups and directors; including ABRSM, Farfetch, V&A, Southampton FC, Coca Cola Hellenic, Google, NHS, Hawksmoor and The Columbo Group.
