Originally from Scotland, Alan divides his time between his home in Barcelona, Egypt and Brazil.
He supports CEOs and leadership teams around the world in multiple sectors, working fluently in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He has experience at the sharp end of commercial litigation and, after gaining his MBA at IESE Business School, as a Change Director with a blue-chip FMCG multinational.
A softly-spoken, experienced executive coach, Alan is patient and generous with a warm sense of humour. He is quick to establish rapport and skilled in helping clients develop a keen awareness of themselves, enabling greater effectiveness in their roles, relationships and decision-making.
Alan is a respected and valued member of the MF community. He is at the forefront of understanding and applying fundamental human drivers and is also a published author, his latest book being ‘The 7 Moments of Coaching – Stories of Inner Journeys’ which he co-authored and edited.
