Learning Lab: Coaching & Culture

Learning Lab #38

‘Cultural Diversity is vast and formidable’ (Richard D. Lewis)

Cultural interactions occur constantly. They can enhance our lives or cause discomfort to all concerned.

All the more so in coaching – where ensuring smooth and fruitful cultural interaction is so vital in reaching successful outcomes for our clients, colleagues and organisations.

As coaches and leaders, how do we navigate this diversity? How can we face up to and enjoy the opportunity and challenge that cross-cultural work brings?

This session, led by highly experienced international coaches Kaoru Okada and Mike Stimson, will plunge us into experiential exercises, generating rich cultural exchanges.

Using sound and vision, it will explore some aspects of the vastness making it much less formidable to coaching practitioners.
