COACH SKILLS TRAINING

COACH SKILLS TRAINING

If you are starting out on your journey to become a fully qualified executive coach - or want to improve your coaching skills as a manager - we can offer you a comprehensive and stimulating learning experience.

Our programmes range from 1 to 3 days in-house to a full 5-day open programme that forms the basis of our acclaimed ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma programmes. Many of the participants in our shorter programmes decide to complete their 5-day training and go on to qualify as executive coaches.

Whichever programme you choose, you will learn the fundamentals of a robust coaching model that we have developed over the past 17 years.

Our highly qualified team has extensive coaching and training experience – all have faced life at the sharp end of management and know that coaching takes place in the real world.

By working in small groups we can guarantee that you will enjoy a personalised learning experience – with powerful feedback from your co-learners and trainers. You can also expect to see your skills and confidence grow quickly thanks to a lively mix of demonstration and practice.

All of this is backed up by a comprehensive package of support materials that you can continue to use long after the course has finished.

A Unique Online Learning Experience.

Developed in collaboration with The Open University, Coaching For Performance is a short, work-based learning programme for those looking to develop practical skills and knowledge in performance-based coaching.

By combining our significant experience teaching the coaching approach with The Open University’s knowledge of creating powerful on-line learning, we can provide a fantastic opportunity for more people to gain this essential management skillset.

For a more detailed overview of what's involved you can download the information leaflet or read more from some people who have recently completed the course - including Charlie ColeDr. Chris Martin and Des Warner.

The delivery is inspiring and challenging in equal measure. I found working with them to be a joy - as rewarding personally as it was organisationally.
