COACH SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We give people the skillset they need to become fully qualified coaches or to improve their coaching skills as a manager. More importantly, we help them develop a mindset that transforms their personal and professional lives.

At Management Futures, we train managers and leaders from a wide range of sectors in a proven, practical coaching method for use in all sorts of situations – from five-minute impromptu conversations to more formal, structured sessions. 

Often this training is part of a one to three-day course that’s delivered in-house at an organisation. Some of these organisations then choose to add to the skill levels and coaching credentials of their team by investing in an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 qualification through us.

In addition, we offer a five-day Intensive Coaching Skills Programme for individuals seeking to acquire high-level executive coaching skills. This programme forms part one of our ILM Level 7 qualifications and a large proportion of delegates who complete the programme go on to study for these postgraduate level 7 certificates or diplomas with us. 

Whichever route you take, you’ll learn the fundamentals of a robust coaching model that we have developed over the past 20 years – from a highly-qualified team who have all faced life at the sharp end of management and understand how to coach in the real world.

Developed in collaboration with The Open University, Coaching For Performance is a short, work-based learning programme for those looking to develop practical skills and knowledge in performance-based coaching.

By combining our significant experience teaching the coaching approach with The Open University’s knowledge of creating powerful on-line learning, we can provide a fantastic opportunity for more people to gain this essential management skillset.
