Tineke’s keen interest in developing individuals and teams, managing change and facing challenges gives her a primary philosophy to ‘unlock potential’.
She likes to work with people who want to improve relationships with others either in a team or on a personal level. More than anything Tineke likes ‘to ripple’ by being a role model as a coach, facilitator, consultant and supervisor.
After years of supporting others (which wasn’t called coaching at the time) she attended the MF coaching skills course in 2001 and has been coaching ever since. She joined MF in 2006 as a coach and consultant next to her role as academic tutor.
