Since 2014, we've partnered with The Columbo Group – a young and vibrant hospitality group – to deliver a comprehensive leadership development programme.
Working with the General Managers and members of the management team, our aim was to take participants through a six-module programme.
The programme objectives varied for each module. Participants looked at their own leadership style and how to get the best from themselves – drawing upon Eastern philosophy for focus and clarity as well as theories on authentic, responsible and courageous leadership. They developed their skillset around creating and leading high-performing teams and coaching their teams to success.
With regular feedback, participants practiced influencing with integrity skills and received one-to-one coaching sessions focused on their development.
Participants were set action points throughout the programme to practice their new skills and embed their learning. They were also asked to give feedback at the end of each module on impact, relevance and what could be added to their programme.
