Tony is an experienced international business consultant with a wealth of experience in performance coaching. Born in the UK and raised in Africa, Tony was the director of a leading advertising agency before becoming a specialist in leadership performance training.

Tony has worked for British Telecom, Prudential Insurance, Ford Motor Company and the BBC. He has also been a business adviser to both the South African and Canadian governments and was marketing director of a group of eight companies involved in international shipping and trading.

Since joining Management Futures as a senior consultant, Tony has applied his enthusiastic personality and passion for high achievement into successfully coaching executives and clients within the NHS, BBC and Virgin Atlantic.

Regularly working with teams on their innovation and creativity, his own unique contribution to personal development is ‘The Art of Not Doing’, in which Tony teaches participants into learning how to achieve more with less effort.
