Sandra Grealy is an experienced management development and
HR consultant, with extensive public sector experience, latterly
heading up management development for the London Ambulance
Service.
She has specific expertise in the delivery of a range of
management, leadership and personal development programmes
and in the development of competency based performance management
systems. She is skilled at running assessment and development
centres. As a Home Office assessor she makes selection decisions
for senior command training in the police, fire and prison
services.
Sandra has an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Institute
of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). She is particularly
interested in facilitating action learning initiatives and
using psychometrics in individual and team development. She
holds a British Psychological Society Level B certificate
in occupational psychometric testing and is qualified to use
a range of instruments and questionnaires, including the Myers
Briggs Type Indicator. She is a qualified practitioner in
Neuro Linguistic Programming.
