Pat has worked internationally as an Organisational Development (OD) consultant and has dealt with a wide variety of commissions. She is currently based in the north east of England, working as a senior consultant with Management Futures. She has an excellent track record of initiating, influencing and implementing significant change in support of corporate business and HR strategy.

Pat proposed, co-designed and co-delivered a corporate OD and culture change initiative for The British Council. This covered the 250 Country Directors and UK senior managers and focused on leadership through empowerment, experiential learning, emotional intelligence, 360 degree feedback and consulting skills. Pat believes the support and challenge that comes with a good coaching relationship is at the heart of personal learning and development.

She works regularly with the Kent, Sussex and Surrey Workforce Development Confederation on their organisational development issues.
