Monika Barnes

Monika specialises in team building and in particular has worked widely in the media world including BBC, Granada Media, Ascent Media, AOL, Viacom, PACT, S4C, MTV Networks, BFI, National Film and Television School and Universal Pictures.

Her postgraduate qualifications include a Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She is accredited in several psychometric instruments including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Strength Deployment Inventory and Skillscope.

She also works with leading individuals in the media work as a coach helping them with strategy and leadership issues. As a trainer she designs and delivers leadership programmes and leads action learning groups in problem solving.

Before becoming a senior consultant Monika worked in learning and development at BBC Radio and Thames Television.
