Lorraine was born in the Middle East and has spent much of her time working in America, before changing careers to become an independent consultant focused on helping others function at a higher level. Before making England her home, Lorraine graduated with an MBA from North Western’s Kellogg School of Management.

Now working as a coach and consultant for Management Futures, her style, which is innovative and challenging, helps her to maintain a high level of empathy and create a dynamic creative partnership. With clients such as Kingfisher, British Petroleum and Sainsbury’s, Lorraine has been outstanding in establishing close working relationships with senior executives, resulting in effective and successful organisational solutions.

Her experience in enabling personal development and identifying corporate strategies is something she enjoys and is keen to develop further in the future, seeing this as an essential ingredient to successful team effectiveness.
