Kevin held management posts in Rover and Lucas Automotive before moving into consultancy and becoming a director of Genesis, the Glasgow-based consultancy firm who work closely with Management Futures. He specialises in helping companies to develop their strategy.

Kevin is active in the Total Quality Revolution as consultant and author. Since the mid 1980s he has been working with organisations such as BT, Scottish Power, Caradon, BSS Group, Marks and Spencer and the Sport England.

He is a skilled leader of Team Build events and increasingly works with clients as their personal coach.
