John is a specialist in Leadership Development and has a broad experience in the Consultancy and Facilitating fields. This experience is in a range of sectors including sport (clients include the Football Association, Rugby Football Union and British Gymnastics), healthcare (NHS), and local government, charities, financial services and retail.

He was disillusioned with traditional approaches to management development, and this led to his unique work in developing the leadership capacity of organisations, as opposed to individuals.

As a young consultant, John has gained experience in dealing with all levels of Management. He was recently involved in the design of a Board Development Programme for UK Governing Bodies, coaching Executives during the recent changes within the NHS, facilitating discussion on global priorities with the Country Directors of Save the Children and the design of an emotional intelligence programme for HSBC Project Managers.
