Jenny Rogers

Jenny has an international reputation as a Coach, Consultant
and Writer on Leadership issues. She is widely experienced
as a Consultant in Organizational Development and the Management
of Change. Jenny works as an Executive Coach to Directors
and Chief Executives in leading public and private sector
organisations. Her own training as an Organisational Development
(OD) practitioner was with Professor Warner Burke of Columbia
University. She subsequently worked with Professor Burke to
develop a manual of training materials for other OD Consultants.
Jenny is full of enthusiasm, spark and flair. She enjoys
challenging people’s assumptions and has a long-standing interest
in Personal Development. Her book, Adults Learning,
is the best-seller in its field over a period of 30 years,
is translated into eight different languages and has just
been re-published in a fourth edition. She has also written
many other books, some of which can be ordered here,
on this site. She has been a College Lecturer and
a Freelance Journalist and worked for twelve years as a BBC
television producer - one of her projects was the ‘discovery’
of Delia Smith.
Helping people to think differently, gather energy and work
to realistic and practical goals are at the heart of Jenny’s
approach to coaching.
Jenny has a keen interest in Psychological Assessment and
her books on the MBTI - Sixteen Personality Types and
Influencing Others through the Sixteen Personally Types
- and on the FIRO-B (co-authored with Judy Waterman) sell
well on both sides of the Atlantic. She has recently published
three other books, Effective Interviews on how to perform
well at a job interview, Effective Influencing and
Facilitating Groups. Jenny is on the Board of Management
Futures Ltd and Coaching Futures Ltd.
