Jan is an outstanding executive and career coach who knows the National Health Service well. In a previous career she trained as a pharmacist and subsequently became deputy chief executive of a large London hospital.

She was previously the director of executive choice, the NHS Senior Career Development Service and coached hundreds of senior managers and clinicians. She has continued to coach NHS chief executives and directors through the rapid change that has been such a major feature of the Service in her work with Management Futures.

Jan has also worked as a management consultant and trainer, not only working for the NHS at trust, regional and national level, but also for the National Air Traffic Control Service, the BBC and the retail sector. An energetic and vibrant person, she enjoys working with teams in change and transition and in developing innovative approaches to leadership training.

Jan is the principal supervisor for trainee coaches for our diploma. She works with flair and creativity to challenge people to think differently whilst producing realistic and practical goals. Jan is director of Management Futures Ltd and of Coaching Futures Ltd.
