Jacky began her working life as a nurse, holding a variety
of management positions in the NHS, before leaving to pursue
a consultancy career. In her last NHS role she was responsible
for leadership development, organisational learning and for
the achievement of External Quality Accreditation for the
organisation. She is an experienced project manager with expertise
in the management of mergers.
With many years experience of working as a developer, coach
and facilitator Jacky has become invaluable to clients, especially
in delivering leadership programmes, individual coaching and
facilitating Learning Sets for Senior Managers. Her current
clients include an independent healthcare group, The Prison
Service and several NHS trusts.
Already qualified in Management Learning from Lancaster
University, Jacky is now undertaking PhD research into the
implementation of the NHS modernisation agenda.
