With over 16 years experience and proven ability in the NHS, Amanda is an accomplished professional. Her extensive career in Radiography saw Amanda becoming Superintendent II Radiographer at the age of only 26. Latterly, she successfully achieved results as National Lead for Allied Health Professions for the Department of Health and later for a leading London Strategic Health Authority before becoming a coach.

Amanda has led the development and implementation of leadership training for the health sector incorporating coaching skills to inspire others and lead with confidence.

With energy, enthusiasm and sincerity, Amanda enjoys working with individuals and groups undergoing change or uncertainty.
