Tineke Bosma
Tineke has over 10 years experience in teaching, coaching,
developing people and setting up programmes around organisational
development, leadership, change management, multi-professional
team working, multi-agency working and crossing boundaries,
clinical and workforce redesign and professional development
issues.
Tineke has a clinical background in intensive care, cardio-thoracic intensive care and special care baby units in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands. Currently she is an Associate management consultant for Teamwork Management Services in Bolton, Manchester, is a Visiting Fellow at the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and has a diploma in Career and Life Skills Coaching.
She is also a Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner and has extensive experience in career and life skills coaching, teambuilding and facilitating clinical and managerial teams. Tineke holds a Masters Degree in Training and Human Resource Management with the Centre for Labour Market Studies, University of Leicester.
