Sue is a highly experienced and effective executive coach who has successfully worked with numerous Boards, individual Directors and Senior Executives to improve their performance and especially to lead change. Sue brings intellect, creativity and real challenge to the coaching process. At the same time she shows real care and concern for the individual. This approach has been outstandingly successful in helping managers more fully understand and effectively address a wide range of issues. This has resulted in improved performance.

Before becoming a consultant with Management Futures, Sue spent more than 20 years at senior levels within Blue Chip manufacturing organisations such as AstraZeneca. She worked in international Human Resource and Organisation Development roles.

Her experience of managing complexity and technological and organisational change makes Sue well grounded and effective at supporting culture change programmes and development centres as well as operating as a successful executive coach.
