Management Futures collaborated with global firm Thomson Reuters to design and deliver a transformational coaching programme aimed at developing their high potentials for future senior leadership roles.

Thomson Reuters are a source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals in an extensive range of industries and markets.

As trusted leaders in their field, they wanted a well-established yet modern approach to coaching in order for it to be a good fit. They also wanted access to a top-level executive coach for staff across the Tax and Accounting business in EMEA at an accessible fee.

In partnership with internal consultants, Management Futures designed the first programme to give over 100 participants from Tax and Accounting an opportunity to contribute to solutions and business improvements.

The programme was creative, interactive and fun with individual (confidential) speed coaching sessions on offer.

The coaching sessions were oversubscribed and the outcome was extremely positive.

Participants left the session feeling listened to and respected, with the opportunity for further personal and professional development through the speed coaching sessions.

The project was a real success, evidenced by the fact that an additional day was commissioned by the Thomson Reuters team.

Over two intensive days, around 25 of our employees and managers were able to bring a real issue to a speed coaching session. They all came away with a clear idea of the steps they could take to improve the situation they had described and worked through with the executive coach. Speed coaching fits perfectly with our ethos to empower employees and, three months after the event, people are still feeling the benefit of those 20 minutes.
