specific client organisations. Each year, however, with
our sister company Coaching Futures (which specialises
in coaching skills training) we hold a limited number
of open courses.

Intensive Coaching Skills is a powerful five-day
course for new coaches. Grow your Coaching Practice
is for experienced coaches and has an emphasis on business
development. Coaching Masterclass is also for experienced
coaches and has an emphasis on skills, ethics and techniques
Coaching Qualification
We offer the Management Futures Diploma in Coaching,
accredited by OCR at first degree level.
The five day course is the normal starting point and
is followed by 200 hours of follow-up work which is
supervised and assessed for the required standard to
be reached. More experienced coaches can achieve it
by the accreditation of prior learning.
