As well as having some of the UK’s top coaches, Management Futures is very unusual in offering clients the services of specialist coaches. These are fully trained coaches who also have deep knowledge of a specific area.

Their services form part of the annual open access agreements, but are also available to any Management Futures client.

Image coaching, giving you authority and helping you to look your best. Jennifer Hayes specialises in advising executives on their professional image. Her workshops raise awareness and change attitudes about the role and importance of personal image. She is quite superb at seeing what is right for the individual and will coach you to enable you to make the right decisions.

Her clients include a plethora of major-name corporates and she draws on eleven years' experience of corporate culture and change management from her first post-graduate career at BBC Education.

Presentation skills. Experts to coach you in speaking to persuade large audiences. Several of REACT’s actor-coaches work with us. One of the favourites is Siobhan Stamp. Siobhan worked for six years as a systems analyst for British Technology Group before deciding her real vocation was as an actor. She trained at the Drama Studio in London and her TV roles have included London’s Burning and The Bill.

Siobhan is also a trained executive coach and is particularly skilful at coaching clients to make superb presentations as part of their professional life.

Handling the media. Developing a communications plan, coaching the boss, training the team. John Forrest is a working freelance television and radio producer/director with a vast experience on staff of UK broadcasting organisations, including BBC and ITV as well as national and local radio. He has produced many acclaimed programmes on BBC1 and Radios 1 & 2. He has developed front-of-camera media training over the past three years in an open, professional and user-friendly way.

Ros Bew is an experienced journalist, who has specialised in reporting on business and economics issues both on BBC television and radio. She reported for the BBC Money Programme on all aspects of finance, employment and business. Previously she presented the business news on the Today Programme. Interviewees range from captains of industry to Nelson Mandela. She now develops the communications and crisis management skills of senior managers in multi-national companies.
