Keeping Time

If you have problems using your time efficiently, keep a time log. Spend at least an hour a day keeping it up to date.

Draw a daily pie chart comparing your ideal and actual time allocations.

Form a time management support group which meets regularly every morning to discuss and compare personal time logs.

Hold end-of-day meetings where time flow charts and efficiency indices are examined and discussed. After all that, go home and rest up.
