MF Learning Labs are a mix of virtual and in-person workshops covering a variety of topics related to coaching. Each one provides real-world practical learning and the chance to connect with other great people who are passionate about coaching. Our 2019 calendar includes:

UNCONSCIOUS BIAS - led by Shona Crooks and Sarah Cartwright

Increased awareness of the impact of unconscious bias; in the workplace and society. You will benefit from:

  • Insights into your own biases 
  • An action plan to break down diversity barriers 
  • Developing the confidence to ask questions in an authentic way
  • A heightened awareness of cultural difference

COACHING FOR TRANSITION - led by Phil Hayes

Covering many of the dimensions our clients need to manage during their transition including:

  • Knowing what their success depends on
  • Reading the new organisation and adapting to the culture 
  • Dealing with their own personal response to change and remaining resilient

In partnership with The Centre for High Performance MF spent 5 years studying how seven Centennials have managed to outperform their peers for 100 years. Join us and:

  • Examining how a non-directive coaching approach enhances high performance culture
  • Exploring its application in elite environments in sport, the military, business and the charity sector
  • Gaining practical insight into the tools and approaches used and considering how you can apply them in your own environments and/or with clients
