Professional Supervision and Skills Assessment with the Management Futures Coaching Community

Once you have finished your initial coach training there can be a gap in maintaining your professional development. Employers of coaches and buyers of coaching are increasingly looking for evidence of this, but it can be expensive to buy professional supervision.

As a member of the Management Futures Coaching Community you will be entitled to:

  • Three 45-minute supervision sessions per year with a Management Futures coach – these can be conducted live at our London offices or on the phone. In these sessions you can discuss and receive guidance on a range of issues, including the dilemmas and challenges thrown up by your coaching practice
  • An annual skills assessment. This will consist of a written report on a recorded coaching session – a format familiar to those who have completed our coaching course. You will send in up to an hour of recorded material from a ‘live’ coaching session, and your Management Futures coach will send back their comments and assessment using our familiar format. This can be invaluable in bringing to light any blind spots or bad habits in your coaching, and can be a useful precursor to a supervision session.

Once you have joined the community you will be allocated a personal supervisor who will conduct all of your supervision and assessment sessions.
