Sandra Grealy
Sandra is a highly experienced leadership development consultant and talented executive coach, working with a broad range of public and private sector clients. She enjoys the challenge of working with senior leaders to unlock potential and creativity, catalise ideas into action, and provide them with a safe and rich reflective space.
As a coach Sandra is passionate about working with individuals to get to the real issues which hold them back from achieving their full potential and performing effectively in complex organizational environments. She uses a broad range of techniques to work with clients to bring about robust and sustainable change. She approaches coaching with complete commitment and authenticity and her style is engaging, focused and challenging.

- NHS Director, seconded into a temporary role wanted help in devising strategies to manage complex and often competing work priorities and to explore her options post secondment
- Head of Documentaries for a major UK TV company came to coaching to work on personal impact and enhancing performance as manager of a large team
- Chief Superintendant of a Police Force sought coaching to help him prepare for assessment and interview for the role of Chief Constable. Successful in his efforts!
- A Baptist minister wanted coaching to extend his repertoire of options to manage and motivate volunteers and youth workers in his Church
- A Housing Federation Executive Director wanted to explore long term career options and reality test a portfolio of post retirement possibilities
Prior to entering the field of development and coaching, Sandra completed a short service commission with the Royal Engineers and served in the UK, Germany, Australia and Norway. She enjoys working with people of varied nationalities and cultures and has designed and delivered coach training for BME audiences.
Prior to consultancy, Sandra led the management development function for the London Ambulance Service during a challenging period of change and modernisation. She is a non-service member assessor for the Home Office Assessment and Consultancy Unit, working alongside senior police, fire and prison service officers, making selection decisions for senior command training. Sandra is a non executive Director for London South Bank University. She is a member of the coach training Faculty at Management Futures and supervises Diploma students as well as other experienced coaches in their practice.
Her qualifications include a first degree in geography, an MBA and a post graduate Diploma in Coaching. She is qualified to use a range of psychometric instruments and questionnaires, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, Strength Deployment Inventory and Occupational Personality Questionnaire. She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
