How to use the Team Coaching service

You may be the leader of a team that you know has the potential to achieve more. You may be in an HR or organisational development function and been asked for help by another team within your organisation. You may be part of a new project team that has to move to full performance quickly. Your current perception or concerns may be with things you believe that are ‘wrong’ with the team, or may be more development focused. Whatever the scenario, you want your team or the team you are involved with to have the chance to develop and grow.
                             
The first step is to phone Management Futures and speak to either Phil Hayes or Sandra Grealy. Either will be happy to arrange a meeting with you without any obligation on your part. The meeting, and all subsequent contact with you or your team, will be treated in very strict confidentiality.

From this point in, most matters are fully negotiable. Our team coaches are highly flexible and will work with you to design the intervention you need. Sometimes these are relatively short, high impact encounters consisting of the initial interviews plus two or three whole-team events designed to build impetus or ‘kick-start‘ a new team. Alternatively you may require something that builds over a longer period, involving perhaps six sessions over up to a year. Occasionally teams supplement their initial team coaching programme with reviews somewhere down the line: some teams choose to review and continue their development anything up to two or three times a year, continuing their learning and honing their skills. This continued development can have a big impact on helping an already productive team to really fly.

Optional one-to-one executive coaching

Frequently, a team coaching intervention goes hand-in-hand with a program of personal coaching for the members of the team. Sometimes this is arranged in advance as part of an overall development program; at other times it may be something to be considered as the Team Coaching programme develops. Our executive coaching service, described elsewhere on the site, is of the highest reputation, and we would be very happy to discuss this option with you when we discuss your Team Coaching program.
