Beverley Hunt
Beverley is skilled in a range of interventions, e.g. MBTI; FIRO-B and 360 degree feedback; and has worked with managers and leaders in both an organisational and personal capacity to help them to develop their creativity and growth. She has been consulted on a range of activities within public, voluntary and community care organisations.
Beverley has enabled a number of individuals to build their self awareness, self confidence through one-to-one coaching and mentoring. She sees building creative leadership capacity and effective change management as crucially important for personal, social and organisational growth and development.
Prior to becoming an independent Consultant, Beverley held a dual role at the King’s Fund as a Fellow in Leadership Development and Senior Adviser in Race and Diversity, where she directed a UK-wide Nursing Leadership Programme. She maintains her links with the King’s Fund as a Senior Associate. She has wide experience of the NHS and Higher Education sectors and sees this as complimenting her consultancy work.
Beverley has contributed to public life, promoting standards through active membership to various committees and working groups including, e.g. chairing both an European MBA programme delivered in England, Hungary and Germany; and Independent Television Commission’s London Viewer’s Consultative Committee. Currently she is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Surrey and an independent Executive Board Member of the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) for Higher Education in the UK.
