Executive Coaching
Even today when you tell someone you are a coach, the assumption is that you are connected with sport. And, of course, there are coaches in sport as well as life coaches to help through the difficulties and traumas of life.
Executive Coaching is very specific. It is the newest – and in many circumstances – the most effective form of leadership development.
So how do you define Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching is a powerful process designed to enhance leadership performance and to improve the relationships essential to achieving organisation results. The coach works with clients to maximise the possibilities that they reach to their full potential.
At Management Futures we are clear that the purpose of coaching is to produce results: what the organisation needs as well as what the individual client needs is the foundation of our work. Coaching is a form of active learning, which integrates personal and organisational needs.
It helps leaders see the range of options available to them rather than merely reacting to events, to adapt to new responsibilities, build on strengths, reduce destructive behaviours, enhance teamwork and support organisational change.
We were early entrants to the executive coaching market. Our senior coaches are among the most experienced in the UK with years of successful coaching to draw on. In total we have thirty coaches, all qualified with a postgraduate Diploma in Coaching at Masters level.
