Shirley Greenaway
Shirley has 20+ years' experience of developing others both in her early career, predominantly in the NHS, and in her current role. She started her working life as a clinician, progressing to become the General Manager responsible for a Neurosciences Hospital. Shirley managed the total hospital service (accountable for annual budget £12.5 million, 400 staff). She led staff, from Neurosurgeons to the catering team, through complex change. Her of experience ensures that her leadership and coaching work has significant impact for individuals, teams and organisations.
Shirley’s passion is Leadership Development both on a one-to-one and team basis. She works with her clients to ensure they are clear about what they want to achieve and that they have both the motivation, courage and leadership capabilities to make it happen. Her style is supportive, challenging, enabling and pragmatic. She focuses on aligning performance to business strategy and operating plans - creating “vision with legs”.
