Rachel Gilmore

Rachel brings a passionate and enthusiastic approach to learning. A qualified facilitator, trainer and coach she adds an element of creativity and fun to her work. With a wide range of experience in the hospitality and corporate world she has most recently been employed in the creative and media industries.

She works with her clients to ensure that they know what they need to achieve, how they are going to get there and that they are motivated and committed to succeed. Rachel is skilled at building rapport quickly. She focuses on aligning any activity to business vision and strategy.

Recent experience:

Facilitating a number of training events such as: Train the Trainer, Facilitation Skills, Pitching Skills, Presentation Skills, Managing and Leading Teams and How to Develop Talented People.

Facilitating sessions such as: Creative Thinking, Business Planning and Strategy and Team Dynamics.  Coaching a number of executive clients both in the private and charity sector.

Rachel has had a varied career including English teacher to foreign students, Restaurant Manager and even as a Piazziola before she moved into a career in Learning and Development. She has recently achieved a life ambition of completing a trip around the world visiting 11 countries in 12 months and she returns with a new lease of energy.

  • BA Honors in Spanish & European Studies. Class 2:2. John Moores University. Liverpool
