Lorraine Steele
Lorraine is a senior coach and highly skilled facilitator. An energetic and vibrant person, she enjoys working with individuals and teams in change and transition and in developing creative and practical approaches to leadership training.
Her innovative and challenging style allows her to maintain a high level of empathy and build dynamic partnership with her clients and their organizations. She encourages her clients to focus on maximizing their own effectiveness by producing realistic and practical goals whilst still delivering to the organization’s goals and bottom line.
Current projects with Shell and Quest focus on developing successful teams and overcoming challenges faced by teams that are spread across six continents, dozens of countries with national and ex-pat members. She works closely with the leaders supporting them in how to successfully lead global teams.
She is currently responsible for training and developing future coaches. She is on Management Future’s faculty and supervises new coaches.
Her career includes extensive industry experience in retail with The Gap in San Francisco, executive search consultancy for Adia International in Silicon Valley and in strategic consultancy with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. An American who has lived, worked and studied in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and America, six years ago she became an executive coach and leadership development consultant in England.
