Kevin held management posts in Rover and Lucas Automotive before moving into consultancy and becoming a leading European authority on change management. He has been guiding clients through strategically focused change since the mid 80’s. His wide range of clients includes British Telecom, Midlands Electricity, ABB, Caradon, The BSS Group, James River, Ford Cosworth, Rolls Royce Cars, Amcor, Marks & Spencer, J Sainsbury, Polaroid, Ulster Weavers, Rémy Cointreau and National Semiconductor.
He is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner and has coached CEOs from a variety of organisations.
He is joint author of ‘How to Take Part in the Quality Revolution” and ‘The Total Quality Experience - A guide for the continuing journey’, the combined sales of which total 150,000 copies. He is a contributor to ‘Sailing through Six Sigma’. He specialises in helping companies to develop their strategy and leadership.
